Malcolm Merlyn ,one of the wittiest and my favorite villan .He's a member of league of assassin and after the defeat of Ra's al ghul by Oliver ,he becomes the new Ra's of league. Malcolm is also known by the names of dark archer ,Al sahir(the magician). His role in the series is constant as villain,friend ,father and now again villan in season 4
